1. Who we are
The Glood Partner Program (“Program”) is operated by Loopclub Ltd.(“we”, “our”, “Loopclub”), the company behind the Glood.AI suite of commerce products. This policy describes the personal information we collect when you sign up as a partner, refer brands, and earn revenue share through the Partner Portal at partners.glood.ai.
2. Information we collect
When you create a partner account we collect your name, work email, password, and (during onboarding) the legal name of your organisation, partner type, primary contact details, and the payout details you provide so we can pay you. When you refer a brand we collect the brand name, store domain, and any context you choose to add. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser, pages visited, and Portal interaction events.
3. How we use it
To run the Program — calculating revenue share, processing payouts, sending statements, providing partner support — and to improve the Portal. We use aggregated, de-identified usage data for analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share your information with service providers who help us operate the Portal (hosting, payments, transactional email, analytics) under contractual confidentiality. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect Loopclub, our users, or the public.
5. Cookies & analytics
The Portal uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication. We use Google Analytics to understand how partners and visitors use the Portal in aggregate; you can opt out via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat partner data — especially payout details — with the same care we apply to our own.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information through the Portal settings or by emailing us at [email protected]. We respond to data requests within 30 days. Deleting your account doesn't remove records we're legally required to keep (e.g., tax and payout records).
