Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Glood Partner Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Portal. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Glood.AI ("Glood", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Partner Program

The Glood Partner Program allows approved partners to refer clients, track app installations, and earn revenue share. Participation is subject to approval by Glood at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with reasonable notice.

Partners must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in their accounts. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

3. Revenue Share

Revenue share percentages are determined by your partner tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) and are calculated on the net revenue generated by referred clients. Payouts are processed monthly, subject to a minimum threshold. Glood reserves the right to adjust revenue share rates with 30 days' written notice.

Revenue share is not earned on free plans, trial periods, or refunded transactions. Detailed payout information is available in the Portal.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Glood Partner Portal are the property of Glood.AI or its licensors. Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Glood branding materials solely for the purpose of promoting Glood products in accordance with our brand guidelines.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Portal will be revoked and any pending revenue share will be paid out within 60 days, subject to minimum payout thresholds.

Glood may immediately terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misrepresent your relationship with Glood.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glood.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal or participation in the Partner Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the revenue share paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
